Halloween Subway Art...

Update picture... I think it shows the colors better
Close up of the spider with the Stickles
The pumpkin up close
... WHAT FUN ...
Ever since the "craze" has been happening I have wanted to jump on "board".  I did do a Family Name Subway Art but didn't have that the colors in vinyl that I wanted to use so I used Bazzill instead and I did it on canvass.  This time I made sure to have the colors in vinyl and I bought a piece of plywood from Micheal's (since I was not sure I would do more of these).  I decided on the 12 x 24 inch piece.  I painted the background in soft purple (purple is my very favorite color) so it worked out perfect...and began cutting with my Silhouette. After I applied all of the vinyl I got out my Stickles and put purple in the center of the eyes of the bat and the spider... black in the center of the ghost and yellow on the pumpkin to make it stand out just a little big more!  I am really happy with the end project.. I'm off to sand...I've got a few more Halloween projects to get completed!
Added... I had a request to add what files and fonts I used... so here they are...

Love the purple! It works so well with the orange & gold!

I had a Cricut - never used it- so sold it when Hubs lost his job. I think I'd rather have a Silhouette now, anyway!

Have you tried a Cricut too?
